Burton Joyce Pubs and Inns
Burton Joyce is on the A612 Nottingham to Southwell road and about 6 miles North East of Nottingham City Centre. Although the church dates back to the 13th century this village is now a dormitory village of Nottingham and with modern housing straggling either side of the main road. The river Trent is nearby and there are some good walks to be found. Some are included in our walks section. Just outside Burton Joyce on the road to Lowdham is the lovely hamlet of Bulcote. Bulcote church is on the side of the main road.

Just past Bulcote is the Mulberries Coffee Shop in the grounds of the Tall Trees Garden Centre. They sell a wide selection of teas and coffees and is worth a visit.
