LEICESTER
The large industrial city of Leicester has its origins in Roman
times. It now has a thriving industrial base which includes
light engineering, hosiery and knitwear. The city center has
a good shopping centre and many good pubs and restaurants.
There are very many fine pubs in Leicester
and we have only included here some that have achieved the Cask
